Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 1st May 2025

1. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm appointments. Remaining payment is due on the event day. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for studio services and 14 days in advance for destination bookings. Late cancellations are non-refundable. No refunds are given for no-shows.

3. Timing & Delays

Please arrive on time. Delays from the client’s side may reduce service quality. For destination weddings, additional charges may apply for waiting or extra time.

4. Trials & Consultations

Bridal trials are by appointment and may be chargeable. A trial does not guarantee the date unless officially booked.

5. Travel & Destination Services

Travel charges apply for services outside our studio. For destination services, travel and accommodation must be covered by the client unless agreed otherwise.

6. Photography & Promotion

We may take behind-the-scenes content for promotional use unless you opt out in writing. We love seeing your tagged posts too!

7. Academy Enrollments

Course fees must be paid in full. Fees are non-refundable after course commencement. Certificates are issued upon attendance and completion.

8. Liability

We use professional, skin-safe products but cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions. Notify us of known sensitivities in advance.
